Celebrated filmmaker-journalist Michaela Guzy, founder of the socially conscious content company, OhThePeopleYouMeet, captured these historic moments in her award winning film. Private screenings of “Michaela‘s Map: Sierra Leone,” took place at CORE Club New York, The Wildlife Conservation Film Festival (finalist) in New York City and the VUE Cinema in Leicester Square London during World Travel Market. On December 19, 2019, Michaela returns to Sierra Leone to share her film with the very locals that inspired her piece about “how to go” and “who to know” when visiting Sierra Leone. After the film screening, Michaela will interview the Hon. Minister of Tourism, Dr. Memunatu Pratt and famed Actor, Irdis Elba during his great homecoming.
